Tracy Medeiros

Tracy Medeiros is a Systems Strategist, and Operations Consultant as well as the face behind Medeiros Consulting. She works with businesses at any stage to create a custom operational blueprint, implementing the right systems and processes that free up the business owner to focus on growth and the parts of the business you truly love. Medeiros Consulting was founded at the end of 2016 mainly to support local brick & mortar businesses that had an awesome product or service but for whatever reason may not have had the resources or skills to run their back office. After a year of working closely with her community, she realized that living on an island to be sustainable Medeiros Consulting would need to expand to the online space. Now she tries to maintain an even balance of local and online clients on her roster.

She has made her home on the beautiful garden island of Kauai with her husband. When she is not helping business owners systematize and maximize their operational efficiencies, she would consider herself a part-time mermaid. Tracy believes that the beach can make everything right in the world. Another must-have in her world is coffee if you couple coffee with the beach it truly is paradise.
